TWO former governors, Donald Duke and Rabiu Kwankwaso, as well as the immediate past Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, are expected to be in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital, this week to inaugurate various projects.

This was contained in a statement by the state Commissioner for Information and Communications, Paulinus Nsirim, on Sunday. He said inauguration of the projects will begin today, Monday, March 1 2021.

The statement read in part, “The Okoro-Nu-Odo Flyover will be inaugurated on March 1, 2021 by the former governor of Cross River State, Donald Duke.

“Rumuogba one and two flyovers will be inaugurated on Tuesday, March 2, by the former governor of Kano State, Rabiu Kwankwaso.
